In connection with the fulfillment of regulations relating to the protection of personal data, specifically Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the „Law“) in connection with the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council no. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as „GDPR“), we would like to inform you about which of your personal data we process, or what personal data you provide to us via this website. Automatic decision making and automatic profiling
Personal data are not subject to automatic decision-making, including profiling.
Transfer of personal data abroad
In the context of the processing activities described above, your personal data may be transferred abroad, i.e. to the states of the European Union („EU“) or the European Economic Area („EEA“). We hereby inform you that any transfer of your personal data carried out by itSMF Slovakia in an EU or EEA member state will be carried out in accordance with the legal requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR.
Personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
How long we keep your personal data
We will keep your personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing personal data described above in the List of processing activities.
Security of data processing
In connection with the processing of your personal data, we declare that we have adopted appropriate technical, organizational and personnel measures with which we ensure the protection of your personal data, including the constant evaluation and updating of security measures in order to ensure the safe processing of your personal data.
Rights of affected persons
In the context of the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
- withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time,
- to obtain from itSMF Slovakia a confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed, and if so, you have the right to obtain access to this personal data, information on the processing of personal data and a copy of the data,
- for itSMF Slovakia to correct incorrect personal data concerning you without undue delay,
- the right to erasure,
- the right to limit the processing of personal data,
- the right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive personal data concerning you that you provided to itSMF Slovakia in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transfer this data to another operator,
- object at any time for reasons related to a specific situation against the processing of personal data concerning you, which is carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest, including objection against profiling,
- the right not to be subject to a decision that is based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and that has legal effects that concern you or similarly significantly affect you,
- file a complaint with a supervisory authority, especially in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work or place of alleged violation, if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you is in violation of the GDPR. Possibilities of exercising rights
In order to protect the rights of the affected persons and to prevent possible misuse or leakage of personal data, the rights of the affected person can only be exercised in the following ways:

- by contact form
In order to accept a request for the exercise of rights, it is necessary to sufficiently identify the applicant and clearly specify the subject of the request. Otherwise, the application may be rejected.
