Karin gained experience in the Telco and Energy industry. She participated in the creation of business processes during the integration of telco companies, was involved in the implementation of the CRM system, the optimising of the product portfolio and in various projects involving business, IT and technology. She worked on the business side, as well as on the IT side as a provider of internal services. One of the key projects was the adoption of ITIL processes for the VSE group. Currently, she is part of the transformation, the goal of which is the connection and modernization of six state-owned heating plants from the position of IT Governance Manager at MHTH. In her private life, she enjoys supporting and developing her two children, likes to occasionally to run, climb a via ferrata, and will try to run her second half-marathon this year.
