The mindset of DevOps guys

According to reputable companies like McKinsey and Forbes, about 80% of all Digital Transformations fail. That’s a huge number. DevOps, as “an organizational and cultural movement that aims to increase software delivery velocity, improve service reliability, and build shared ownership among software stakeholders”, is one of the prerequisites (from IT’s side) to get into digital transformation. We can use many frameworks, best practices, and standards on the DevOps journey. But that’s not the most important thing. What’s most important is how IT people think, how they approach solving particular problems, and how they use different tools and technologies. Let’s discuss what this mindset should look like and how to achieve it.
