Years of experience in customer management within the banking vertical led her to the consultancy business. As a CX designer, she is designing and implementing trendsetting ideas and concepts for multinational, small business and non-profit organisations. She has been finding new angles to apply CX thinking to, and helping clients unleash ideas that make a huge difference to their customers and users.

She is a „Customer Experience World Games“ Ambassador, contributing to CX challenges for non-profit organisations, improving experiences for their donors, communities, and society in general.
