JuanMa Espinoza is the Author of #TheESMGuide (2023) and Creator of the A.R.T.E. Method (2025), both officially registered with the Spanish Ministry of Culture, and recognised for pioneering human-centric and structured approaches to Enterprise Service Management and organisational transformation in the Spanish-speaking world. With over 20 years of experience, he has led transformation initiatives across industries including mining, banking, telecommunications, and logistics, delivering more than 70 strategic programmes in Europe and Latin America. He has trained over 7,500 professionals and collaborated for more than a decade with PeopleCert as a Subject Matter Expert and ITIL Ambassador. Currently Head of Service Transformation at Axians (Vinci Group), he is widely known for translating complex concepts into practical, actionable models and for his ability to drive real, sustainable organisational change.
