Miriam Kasanická studied Economics and Business Management at the Faculty of Business Management of the University of Economics in Bratislava, where she earned both her Master’s degree and PhD. qualifications.

After completing her studies, she worked as a consultant and coach in process improvement methodologies at all levels of management, as well as a leader and coach of Lean Six Sigma projects in several companies.

She joined Tatra banka ten years ago, where she was responsible for the implementation of improvement projects and the end-to-end management of retail lending products. Currently, she is responsible for project delivery, the introduction of process management, and the implementation of a continuous improvement system across the bank using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.

Miriam is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with hundreds of successful projects to her credit, both as a project leader and a coach. In addition, she serves as a key partner to senior management in driving the adoption and implementation of Agentic AI within the bank.
