I have been in the IT for more than 35 years. During that time, I went through everything you can go through in IT. From technical work to IT management. Technology changes, but the principles of management remain. How do we practically create trustworthy, transparent, reliable, and efficient IT? That’s what I’ve learned. It is this practical experience that I pass on when I help build and implement a platform (processes, training, templates, etc.) for IT/project/process/strategic/risk management in the company and support other IT managers.
