DevOps and ITIL are getting closer.
Since ITIL 4 introduction in 2019, it has been using DevOps concepts and referring to DevOps in many publications. With the addition of the DevOps Institute certifications to the PeopleCert portfolio, the two frameworks are moving closer together, opening new learning and certification opportunities, as well as closer synergy of DevOps and ITIL.
