Recent developments have lead to massive changes in provisioning of end user services. In a short period we have witnessed fast adaptation of either totally new or long time postponed processes and technologies. This forced change has been a trail by fire for most of them and finally after the pandemic peak a “new normal” is aprearing. What are the characteristics and trends?
