He has more than 20 years of professional experience as a consultant and project manager in the area of IT service management, outsourcing and vendor management.
In 2017 he has published the book on the subject of IT vendor management (German title: “IT-Providermanagement”). Since 2018 he is active member of the German itSMF Special Interest Group Multi Service Providing.
