Global IT Leader and Management Executive with more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, including 20 years in senior leadership roles within global corporations. He currently heads key IT activities for the Process Automation division at IMI, where he manages SMO and PMO. Throughout his career, he has successfully led multinational, cross-functional IT teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, delivering complex programs for global clients in IT strategy, ITIL adoption, cloud services, and IT outsourcing.
Dedicated to fostering the next generation of professionals, he frequently shares his knowledge with students as a guest lecturer at CEVRO University and AMBIS University. He brings his extensive practical knowledge to life through engaging public sessions, such as his popular workshop “Do you know Why a Finn and Indian need a Czech guy?” and his signature “CIO Masterclass” workshop series, where he shares his three decades of real-world executive experience.
In addition to corporate and academic leadership, he has dedicated over 9 years to itSMF Czech Republic, championing the core mission to “inspire and be inspired” through high-impact workshops, webinars, and international conferences. As a Board Member of itSMF International, he leverages this deep expertise to foster cross-chapter collaboration worldwide and build enduring strategic partnerships, with a strong focus on the European region.
