Ivana Šabatová (Ing. Ph.D.), itSMF Czech Republic member since 2007, is a respected expert in process management, IT service management, and information security, with an experience in consulting, training, and leading complex transformation projects.

She was the first in the Czech Republic to design and deliver a course preparing candidates for the OCEB/BPM Fundamental OMG certification. Since 2012, she has trained hundreds of professionals worldwide, including consultants, managers, and analysts, helping them understand and apply process-driven thinking, guided by her motto: “Processes are fun!”

Ivana combines a deep technical background with a passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Delivers courses in process management, business analysis, and information security. Her approach connects theory with real-world practice, enabling participants to immediately apply what they learn.

“My father says a person would need three lives, one to learn everything, the second to apply it, and the third to pass it on,” Ivana says. “In today’s fast-paced IT world, we have to manage all three at once.”

She currently serves as an executive partner at sabi consulting s.r.o., where she leads consulting projects and supports clients across industries.
