Roman is a Senior ITIL architect at PeopleCert. He has been working in IT service management since 2002 as a practitioner, consultant, trainer, and author.

He has been involved in the continual development of ITIL since 2016. Roman is ITIL 2 Service Manager, ITIL v3 Expert, and ITIL 4 and 5 Master.
